The artwork Monumento Caduti by Carlo Ramous (Milan, picture 2, more information) has lines and spaces that lie along each other and may slowly move in the wind without a clear focus.
Why always in bronze, would Tony Burke say with his Helix Stacked Glass Structure (London, picture 3, more information). The fire that edited the glass still appears to me, and creates a powerful twisting motion.
Power, energy, and elegancy has Monumento Arma made by Luciano Minguzi (Milan, picture 4, more information). To me some elementes are a little too explicit, like the bowl on the bottom of the work.

Dal 1987 il parco è dedicato a Vittorio Formentano, fondatore dell’AVIS, ma è ugualmente conosciuto come Parco Marinai d’Italia. Sorge sull’area del Vecchio Verziere trasferitosi qui da piazza Santo Stefano. Pittoresco angolo della vecchia Milano, il mercato ospitava agricoltori provenienti da tutta la Lombardia e i cui prodotti avevano una sorta di marchio doc: le verze erano di Casalpusterlengo, i fagioli di Vigevano, i fichi della Brianza. Dopo una giornata di lavoro gli ortolani andavano a rifocillarsi al vicino Bar Centrale, l’attuale Palazzina Liberty. Questo edificio ha svolto in epoca recente un ruolo significativo nella vita culturale della nostra città, ospitando dal 1974 al 1980 la 'Comune' di Dario Fo e Franca Rame e, dopo la ristrutturazione del 1992, è sede della Civica Orchestra di Fiati e di varie manifestazioni culturali. Nel 1848 la zona era occupata da un fortino austriaco fatto erigere da Radetzky, ritornato nella nostra città dopo le Cinque Giornate. Quando il mercato ortofrutticolo si trasferì in via Lombroso l’area fu sottratta alla speculazione edilizia con un progetto dell’architetto Caccia Dominioni per la realizzazione di un parco. Portato a compimento nel 1969 con movimenti di terra, una vasca, un ponticello e il monumento ai Marinai d’Italia caduti nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale, opera dello scultore Francesco Somaini. L’enorme vasca con zampilli coreografici è attraversata da un ponte con ringhiere di ferro e cilindri di marmo rosso che ricordano le ciminiere di grandi navi o le bitte sui moli. Su di essa si affaccia la monumentale 'Onda Vittoria'. Una vittoria alata in bronzo alta 7 metri che, rappresentata in maniera stilizzata e tormentata, sembra spiccare il volo da un momento all’altro.

Completed in 1969 with earth movements, a bathtub, a bridge and the Memorial to fallen Sailors of Italy in the second world war, by the sculptor Francesco Somaini. The huge tub with jets choreographic is crossed by a bridge with iron railings and marble red cylinders that resemble the chimneys of large ships or cleats on the piers. It overlooks the monumental"Victory Wave". A bronze Winged Victory 7 meters high, represented in a stylised manner, and seems to take off at any moment.
