Op een perron op het Amstelstation staat een huisje welke is bekleed met tekeningen gefreesd in gevelplaten. De tekeningen uit 2006 met de titel ‘WIJ’ zijn ontworpen door de Amsterdamse kunstenaar Serge Verheugen. Onder de afbeeldingen staan teksten afgebeeld. Ik, jij, wij, zij, hier, daar, etc. In het Nederlands en het Engels, maar ook in het Arabisch, om te proberen mensen zo breed mogelijk aan te spreken. De teksten wisselen per kant. Waar aan de ene kant ‘ik’ bij de witte man staat en ‘jij’ bij de zwarte man’, is dat aan de andere kant omgedraaid. Allemaal ‘ik’, allemaal ‘jij’, allemaal ‘WIJ’.
